From the island's first pole school to a home for every kind of mover.

Creative Act began in 2011 as Pole Dance Madeira. Today it is a multidisciplinary hub: an open, collaborative space where local and visiting teachers teach, create, rehearse and share movement — and where dance professionals can rent the studio for their own work. Classes in Portuguese and English.

The studio grew into a 140 m² space in the heart of Funchal — the island's first pole school, now a warm, vintage-inspired home for movement. Founder and creative director Patrícia, a former competitive rhythmic gymnast, opened it to local and visiting artists; in 2024 The Venue Funchal was born too, dedicated to Lindy Hop, Solo Jazz and Blues.
